Welcome to helifix.xyz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the helifix.xyz website and all associated content, features, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing, browsing, or using helifix.xyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use helifix.xyz. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. helifix.xyz is a platform providing a collection of free online tools ("Tools"). These Tools are designed for various utility, calculation, conversion, and formatting purposes. helifix.xyz provides these Tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis for personal, non-commercial use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any Tool. We reserve the sole right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any Tool or feature of helifix.xyz at any time, without prior notice and without liability to you.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use helifix.xyz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any data, text, information, or materials you input, upload, or process using the Tools ("User Content").

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Use any Tool for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to resale, service bureau use, or automated data extraction, without our express written permission.
  • Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of helifix.xyz.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of helifix.xyz, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of helifix.xyz.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, layout, design, and compilation of Tools are and will remain the exclusive property of helifix.xyz and its licensors. The helifix.xyz name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of helifix.xyz or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of helifix.xyz.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of title. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall helifix.xyz, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with helifix.xyz is to stop using the Service. The aggregate liability of helifix.xyz for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HELIFIX.XYZ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

helifix.xyz makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless helifix.xyz, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from helifix.xyz.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City and County of San Francisco.
